I asked for a non-smoking floor and got a room there, but it still smelled of smoke — apparently smoking happens even on designated non-smoking floors. Check-in can take up to an hour if you arrive at a busy time. In July, the lobby was like a fish market — packed with people and nowhere to sit.”
